I want my wonderful customers to love their artwork and products as much as I love creating them.

I aim to deliver your parcel as soon as possible. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, as standard. If you wish to upgrade to 1st class delivery, you can do so at the checkout page. If you are local to Aberdeen and would like to arrange free collection, you can remove the postage cost by entering KINGSWELLS at the checkout page and I will get in touch to arrange that with you.

Returns / Exchanges

I can accept returns and exchanges. Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I understand that life happens and sometimes a workshop may need to be cancelled or rescheduled, if you find that you can no longer attend a workshop, please let me know at least two weeks in advance so that I can open up the space to allow someone else to join in. Your spot can be moved to a future workshop on a date that suits you or I can send you a refund if you give me plenty of notice.

Because of the nature of personal commissions, unless they arrive damaged, I cannot accept returns for them. 

Conditions of returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
